Development uses AI-enabled training tooling where it genuinely reduces production time — video modules, microlearning, and branded refresher content in particular. The subject matter, the structure and the review are not automated.
Some clients want the material and will run it themselves. Others want a safety professional in front of the room — new-hire orientation in particular, which can be run remotely. Either way the content is built the same; the only question is who delivers it.
You receive the source files. Content you cannot revise without calling the person who built it is a dependency, not an asset.
